A Nigerian woman, identified by her Facebook name as Maimunat Hassan on social media have advised other women to accept to be second wives or third wives, rather than waiting to be married by bachelors, while fornicating with them.

According to her, polygamy is not bad, once the man seeking a lady’s hand in marriage is capable of taking care of the woman and her colleagues in the marriage.

She wrote:

“To Whom It May Concern:

To be a second, third or fourth wife is better than fornication. Do not allow anyone deceive you about polygyny. Once the married man has the qualities, then go ahead. For your sanity, do not settle for irresponsible man, even if he’s a single man. You are not snatching any woman’s husband.
I hope some of my gender will challenge
