Former Communications Director for the NPP in the Northern Region, Issahaku Abdul Latif has passed on.

He gave up the ghost this afternoon at the Tamale Teaching Hospital after suffering from prolonged surgery.

His death was confirmed by the NPP Communications Director of the Northern Region, Yussif Danjummah who shared his sad demise on social media platforms.

“It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we inform you the death of our former Communications Director Mr A Latif .He passed away this afternoon at the Tamale Teaching Hospital after suffering a prolonged surgery. May Allah grant him Jannataul-Firdaus”, share by Yussif Danjummah.

Until his demise today Monday 19th February 2024, he served as National Health Insurance Boss for the Northern Region.

His funeral arrangements is yet to be communicated to the general public.But it is believed that he will be buried according to Islamic traditions since he was a practicing Muslim.
