A female student of Savelugu Senior High School (SHS) has had her ears wounded, bleeding profusely following slaps she allegedly received from assistant headmaster of the school.

According to sources closed to the family of the victim, the headmaster, who is said to be in charge of academic, and is identified as one Mr. Ibrahim Alhassan assaulted the lady when her name was given to the headmaster as one of students who had reportedly insulted him.

Not cross-checking to assertain the veracity of the identification procedure used to point out the student, the headmaster slapped the student who is identified as Alidu Latifa, a first year student.

All attempts to get the school and police speak on the matter proved unsuccessful.
